Because dog ownership isn’t just about your dog—it’s about you, too.

Emotional Resilience

Dog Ear Society provides emotional support for people navigating stress, challenges, and grief that come with loving a dog like family. Whether you're dealing with a difficult decision, saying goodbye, or just feeling like you're not doing enough, you're not alone. I'm here to help you process, breathe, and move forward—with compassion, not judgment.

Testimonials

  • Sara P., Chattanooga

“I wasn’t expecting to break down over the loss of my dog during a coaching session, but Dar didn’t flinch. She held space without judgment and gently helped me remember the joy—not just the grief. I walked away feeling lighter, and more at peace.”
    — Michael T.

  • Linda C., Chicago

“Our dog’s behavior was taking a toll on our marriage and my mental health. Dar helped me name what I was feeling and create new boundaries—not just for the dog, but for myself. It was the first time I felt truly understood as a dog parent.”

  • Michael, New Orleans

“Dar gets it. She’s been there. Her support helped me navigate the emotional chaos I didn’t even realize came with dog ownership. This wasn’t training—it was healing. For me.”
